- The subject of the contract is the investigation of the unreported cases of misconduct in the healthcare system in the Federal Republic of Germany. This dark field study is intended to systematically gain insight into the above-defined misconduct in the healthcare system in the Federal Republic of Germany which has not yet been recorded in the police crime statistics or in the overall view of the GKV by the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Funds. To answer the aforementioned research questions, all necessary implementation steps must be carried out in close coordination with the contractor. For the relevant one The contractor must carry out regular monthly digital jour fixes with the client during the coordination process. In addition, workshops organized by the contractor must take place in advance of the preparation of the detailed study concept as well as the interim and final report.
