• Lot 1 Lot 2 Lot 3 Lot 4 The client intends to provide the advertised catering services for the daycare centers of Kindergarten City, Berlin's own operation with currently around 5,000 children at 56 locations in Berlin, in accordance with under the conditions described below and in the tender documents. The services are advertised in four regional lots. At least two bidders/contractors should be commissioned. The catering services are advertised for the daycare centers of Kindergartens City, Berlin's own operation, currently have 56 locations in Berlin with currently around 5,000 children as of January 1st, 2027. Both the number of children to be cared for and the number of locations can be changed during the term of the contract vary. The contractor is responsible for providing meals for the children in the daycare centers as follows: - Production, delivery and provision of lunch (“Cook and Hold”); - Manufacture, delivery and provision of the daily drinks; - Cleaning breakfast, lunch and afternoon dishes. The lunch is produced exclusively in the contractor's own operating and production facilities and therefore outside of those operated by Kindergarten City Daycare centers.
