Description:
The subject of the services to be awarded are the conception (as a presence- but also occasionally as an online event), implementation and follow-up of de-escalation training. The main target group of the training is outdoor service employees from the different departments of the Client: Supervisors of the prevention departments of the advisory and audit service of the department of members and contributors, occupational disease investigators, the clerks of the rehab department and services in the basic training are basically Training, which includes 16 hours in presence. A distribution of the training units over 3 days (Tuesday to Thursday) in the following form: Day 1: 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. 2: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 3: 8.30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Individual variants of the basic training, can deviate from it. Refreshing training, exchange formats/training sessions for the use of what has been learned or training for further specialization will most likely be shorter. Number of participants per training: 14 people (in exceptional cases up to 16 people). Events are on to walk all locations of the BG Bau.
