- Lot 1 Lot 2 The aim of the award is to procure hardware for decentralized infrastructure, which is to be used on site by Dataport customers, as well as related services. From the various services to be provided to Dataport customers Tasks that are to be fulfilled with the tender items to be procured here result in the following items to be procured: * Server hardware * Storage and data backup hardware * Software related to the operation of the hardware related * Control hardware (KVM switches), which enables the operation of the hardware, as well as its software * Extensions and spare parts for existing and new hardware, as well as dependent accessories (e.g. racks, cables, etc.) * Hardware dependent Services: * Warranty and troubleshooting services for the new hardware to be delivered * Maintenance extensions for existing hardware * General services related to the installation and operation of the hardware * Services after special requirements relating to the provision of hardware (so-called “extended delivery process”). The service is divided into two lots (see Part A - General Part). In Lot 1, 5 companies will be awarded and in Lot 2, 3 companies will be awarded charged.
