The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V for medicinal products containing the active ingredient mesalazine in the dosage form of enteric-coated tablets and enteric-coated prolonged-release tablets (ATC code according to WHO: A07EC02). the contractThe conclusion takes place within the framework of a so-called open-house model, i. H. A contract is open to all interested pharmaceutical companies within the participation period, provided they meet and accept the participation requirements. As a result, individual contractual agreementsactions are not carried out and there is no (delivery) exclusivity. It is pointed out that the purchase quantity is unknown, since this depends on the demand and the development of the number of insured persons, on the prescription behavior of the doctors as well as the dispensing and stocking behavior dhe is dependent on public pharmacies.
