Description:
In the course of the forthcoming move to a new property, the Federal Institute for Vocational Training is planning to purchase 17 identical multifunctional devices according to the following specification. The requirements of the BIBB are met, for example, by the HP E87740z type. In addition to the procurement ofmultifunction devices, an exchange of the Secure Pull Printing software (software rental for 60 months) is also planned, as well as an associated maintenance and consumables supply contract (duration 60 months), which enables needs-based management of the devices. The deliveryThe devices are expected to take place in week 36, although BIBB reserves the right to postpone the date by 1-4 weeks if the new property in Bonn is not ready for occupancy as planned. The order also includes the collection and disposal of 26 old devices. This takes place at aseparate appointment, as this must take place at the old property (Robert-Schuman-Platz 3, Bonn) as soon as it is no longer available as office space. The appointment is also scheduled with sufficient lead time.
