Description:
In the course of the upcoming move to a new property, the Federal Institute for Vocational Training is planning to buy 17 identical multifunction devices in accordance with the following specification. The requirements of the BIBB are met, for example, of the type HP E87740Z. In addition to the procurement of multifunctional devices, an exchange of the Secure Pull Printing software (software rent for 60 months) is also planned, as well as an associated maintenance and consumption delivery contract (duration 60 months), which enables needs-based management of the devices. The devices are expected to be delivered in KW 36, whereby the BIBB reserves the right to move the appointment by 1-4 weeks if necessary, the new property in Bonn should not be ready for occupancy as planned. The order also includes the collection and disposal of 26 old devices. This takes place on a separate appointment, since this must be done at the old property (Robert-Schuman-Platz 3, Bonn) as soon as it is no longer available as an office space. The appointment is also scheduled with a sufficient lead time.
