Description:
A preparation kitchen and a drinks bar are to be delivered and installed for the newly built event hall in Waldbrunn. This is commercial equipment in two separate rooms on the same level. On the one hand, there is a warm-up kitchen with the possibility of being readyProvision of food as well as the possibility of being able to produce smaller dishes completely and to serve drinks. The facility is made entirely of stainless steel. Each room has a dishwashing system and a serving area with cooling options. The order includes:There are one ready-to-plug-in cooling cells and four refrigerators, a refrigerator display case and a freezer as well as a coffee brewing machine. The scope of delivery also includes a stove system (frying device, induction cooker, deep fryer, fry pan, oven) as well as the corresponding stainless steel furnitureel as well as two commercial washing situations consisting of inlet and outlet tables, each with a hood dishwasher.
