Description:
In this award procedure, ONTRAS Gastransport GmbH (hereinafter ONTRAS or client) procures the bending services for the production of a total of approx. 680 cut elbows in the nominal widths DN 600 and DN 800 (contract bending), including the associated processing of the welding ends, Covering and inner coating. The exact requirements for the finished cutting elbows can be found in the specification. ONTRAS procures pipe in nominal widths DN 600 and DN 800 as primary material in a separate upstream procurement process and provides this to the contractor. Through The contractor must produce cut elbows that meet the specification from the pipes provided. The specification of the primary material (pipes) is included in the tender documents. The raw material (pipes) is delivered directly from the pipe manufacturer to the contractor's production site. The The finished cut elbows are to be delivered by the contractor to six different delivery locations. The cutting elbows with a nominal width of DN 600 are to be delivered by 03/2027. The cutting elbows with a nominal width of DN 800 are to be delivered by 07/2027. These are cut elbows in size DN 800 There are around 413 pieces with a total number of degrees of around 15,795. There are approx. 266 pieces of cut elbows in size DN 600 with a total degree of approx. 9,843.
