Description:
The intended commission includes the delivery, installation and commissioning of a new, non-used two-ion-beam and beam process plant Engl. Dual Ion Beam Sputter System (DIBS), hereinafter referred to as the process system. The process plant should be for the following processesResearch of materials and microelectronic components are used: 1) The separation of high -quality, dense, metallic and non -metallic thin layers of a material star in a vacuum process chamber; 2) The separation of these thin layers is not supposed toreactive as well as in a reactive atmosphere can be carried out; 3) The implementation of pre-cleaning and ion beam etching processes should be possible. The process system is used in connection with the production of micro and nanoelectronic components, so that the process system alsoWafer from e.g. silicon, GAN and SIC must be able to edit with a diameter of up to 200 mm. The system is to be in the clean room of ISO class 6 (DIN EN ISO 14644-1) of the client on the first floor of his building on Noethnitzer Strasse 64a, in 01187 Dresden and must have the requirementsFulfill the particle freedom and the still available surfaces of this clean room.Systems
