Delivery and commissioning of regenerative high-current battery testers
Position 1: Regenerative high-current battery testers: 6 x 12 (∑72) channels with the following performance characteristics: Current range /- 250A (300A Peak), output voltage range: 0…6V with accessories
tender for 6 x regenerative high-current battery test devices, each with 12 independently programmable and operable channels (6x12 channels = 72 channels) for test operation with operation via a master computer.
The high current batteryTesters should deliver a maximum continuous current of 250A and also have the option of setting a peak current of 300A for at least 10s. In addition, there should be at least 2 automatically dynamically switching current ranges from 30A to 300A.
The configuration of the test circuits must be fbe flexible, a parallel connection of at least 6 circuits (Imax 6x250A = 1500A) is required. The voltage range should be 0 - 6V, 4 quadrant technology should be used to ensure a real 0V option.
The resolution should be at least 16bit, the strom and voltage accuracy must be at least ≤0.05% of the final value, verifiable and traceably calibrated using a calibration protocol in accordance with ISO 17025. The measurement rate must be at least 10ms (shorter log rates are rated higher).
