Description:
1. The provision of the containers is advertised as a general contractor service and includes the following services: - Planning, commissioning and execution of the earthworks, taking into account the information from the soil report provided by the customer according to AG. - Execution of drainage pipes / System as specified by AG (based on the approved drainage application). The transfer points at the municipal buildings and the electricity connection through the municipal utilities are provided on site. - Measurement of the HLS / ELT transfer points, rough setting out for the building, measurement of the terrain heights for the foundations and locksmith work. - Creation and, if necessary, updating of a construction schedule. (Abitur exams must be taken into account in the planning at the relevant schools) - Timely compilation of the relevant evidence for approval for use 2. Verifiable statics (Proof of the stability of the foundations / load distribution slabs, taking into account the soil report provided by the customer - underground asphalt/paving surface or compacted gravel surface (after the contract has been awarded) 3. Steel frame construction and facade made of sheet steel profiles in accordance with corrosion protection class C3-M in accordance with DIN EN ISO 12944 with a 5-year warranty period / roof - galvanized trapezoidal steel sheets including roof drainage. Surface refinement of the roof surface using a water-safe organic coating to prevent zinc components from being washed out. Thermal insulation as mineral fiber insulation material in accordance with the current Thermal Insulation Ordinance (GEG) 4. Infrared ceiling heater for insertion into a grid ceiling 5. The complete electrical installation system, alarm system and safety lighting must be approved by an expert (PruefVO NRW) provided by the contractor (after completion) 6.
