Description:
The project object is the delivery and technical implementation of a system with accompanying services such as migration and introduction of the system for Heb GmbH. The interfaces to programs used by HUI and MVA must be guaranteed. The waste management system should allThe technical and administrative business processes of Heb GmbH digitally map and support in the areas of waste management, street cleaning and winter service. The goal is a uniform, media -free system solution with which all relevant work processes - from planning to implementationup to the documentation - can be controlled efficiently and transparently. In waste management as well as in road cleaning and in winter service, the tour planning and the integration of telemetry data should be made possible in order to make vehicle operations, personnel resources and servicesto be controlled as required and documentable. In addition, the independent "customer office" business process in the system must be mapped. This includes the structured recording and processing of citizens' concerns such as bulky waste applications, container changes, inquiries, complaintsand other service processes. The system is intended to serve as a central work instrument that ensures continuous and integrated processing of all municipal tasks.
