Description:
The Center for Scientific Computing (CSC) at Goethe University operates the GOETHE-NHR computer, one of the fastest high-performance computers (HLR) in the National High Performance Computing (NHR). In addition, a Tier 3 system, the FUCHS-CSC, is operated. This cluster should have a CPU and GPU partition can be expanded. As part of this tender, CPU nodes are to be procured in the first lot for 2 million euros and GPU nodes and Infiniband network components for up to 3.5 million euros in lot 2. - Lot 1: Delivery and installation of a CPU cluster - 9_40_40_VgV_EM21A_CSC_01_25 - Lot 2: Delivery and installation of a GPU cluster - 9_40_40_VgV_EM21A_CSC_02_25 The two lots will be awarded in two separate award procedures. You can submit an offer for one of the two lots or for both lots. Further information on the scope of services can be found in the service description (Part B of the tender document). The order is financed with grants. In order to meet the time requirements for these grants, the order must be placed by December 8, 2025 at the latest. If this requirement is not met, i.e. the order is due by If it is not validly issued on December 8, 2025, the procedure will be repealed. For this reason, the award is sufficiently urgent so that a shortened tender period is applied in the process.
