The subject of the advertised contract is the delivery and the Transport of electrical energy to the collection points named by the client in accordance with the actual requirements (full supply contract) and therefore free of charge. The estimated total delivery volume is approximately 569,551 kWh / year (consumption data from 2024). The collection points and network operators are named in delivery point lists that are published with the tender documents. The electricity supply including network use is tendered and awarded. There is no obligation to make a minimum purchase of the above order volume. The aim is to conclude an electricity supply contract for the municipal facilities and buildings (lot 1 with 15 purchase points) and an electricity supply contract for street lighting (lot 2 with 20 purchase points). The city of Boehlen prefers climate-neutral electrical energy (green electricity). Flexible tariffs or spot market tariffs are not desired and are not taken into account in the award process.
