Description:
The subject of the tender is a framework contract for the delivery of assembled terminal strips, busbars of various types and signal transmitter junction boxes according to the client's drawings. The purpose of the tender is to cover the need for scheduled replacement due to age missing parts as well as the conversion/expansion and new construction of light signaling and lighting systems.

The information and required quantities for the busbars, accessories and connection boxes are detailed in the service description. Due to the technical design, the products must be manufactured in accordance with the client's drawings to ensure compatibility. A framework contract of two years will be in place for the service period, with the planned term agreed from February 1st, 2026 to January 31st, 2027. Furthermore, three options for one-year contract extensions are provided. The assertion of the respective option to extend the contract must be made in writing by the client to the contractor. The contract ends by January 31, 2030 at the latest without the need for termination.
