Description:
The subject of the tender includes the planning, delivery and assembly services for the delivery of a secondary shredder for the MBS plant of the Nuthe-Spree waste treatment association (ZAB) in Koenigs Wusterhausen. In addition, the assembly, commissioning and system documentation are included The scope of delivery also includes a wear and spare parts package for 1,500 hours.
The material was previously pre-shredded (90% smaller than 250 mm), biologically dried, sieved, wind-sifted and largely freed from ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The material is currently being shredded to less than 30 mm using a round die press. The post-shredding to be delivered here is intended to replace two existing pelletizing presses.
