Description:
The Leibniz University of Hanover, the Institute for Micro -Production Technology, intends the acquisition of a multifunctional ion beam system, which (reactive) ion beam echo ((r) ibe - (reactive) ion beam etching) as well as (reactive) ion beam coating processes ((r) ibs - (reactive) Ion Beam Sputtering) allowed. The Ion Beam Figuring/Trimming (IBF/IBT) should be used to plan previous coatings.
