Description:
The client plans the delivery of automatic passenger counting systems (hardware) including the background system and, if necessary, additional software for approx. 260 buses. With regard to the hardware, the client also plans to be assigned with maintenance services and with regard to the software an assignment With maintenance and service services, each for 5 years. The number of devices can still change in the course of the award procedure. The number of 260 reflects the current planning status.

The client is a municipal company and has procured an ITS system from INIT GmbH (hereinafter "Init"), with which some of the vehicles from the client or its subcontractor were equipped. Part of the vehicle fleet is already equipped with an automatic passenger counting system (hereinafter "AFZS"). The aim of the award is to equip the remaining vehicles with an AFZS and to transfer the number of passengers to the ITS system. In addition The contractor has to wait 5 years.
