Description:
The following needs are subject to the provision of budgetary funds in the required amount: 7700 pieces of blouson fire brigade, according to TL-F 03, issue 03/2025 Contract period: 2 years, 2 x 12 months option. On January 1st, 2014, the Lower Saxony Law is to secure tariff loyaltyand competition in the allocation of public orders (Lower Saxony Tariff Rifle and Agency Network - NTVGG) came into force. This law is intended to ensure fair competition in the awarding of public orders as well as the environmental and socially vital procurement by the publicPromote hand. The NTVGG applies to all public orders for construction, service and delivery services, including services in the area of public transport (public transport)- from an estimated order value of EUR 20,000.00 (net). The order is awarded according toSection 3 paragraph 1 NTVGG according to the regulations of the subjugate allocation (UVGO) of February 2, 2017.
