Delivery of a chassis and expansion to the operational control car (ELW 2)
The vehicle described below is an emergency vehicle for the fulfillment of the tasks of the lower civil protection authority.
The vehicle also bears the short name (type designation) ELW 2 Kats
The ELW 2 Kats should serve as a management vehicle and be able to be used for use in large damage situations or disasters or in fire service as a mobile manager.
The ELW 2 Kats is brought to the site by a crew of up to 3 people, for further use as Management center set up accordingly and manufactured the operational readiness. The ELW 2 Kats is occupied for the operation as a technical operations management or management point with the staff of a management group or a management staff (according to FWDV 100) in the location and meeting room. The telecommunications space The operational control car can be filled with up to 3 people (IUK personnel), which from there produce and operate various telecommunications connections.
