The service must be provided by qualified and certified personnel of the specialist retail partner. Waste, packaging and residues must be disposed of free of charge by the contractor. The machine must be made perfectly operable. For the briquetting press the operating, Installation and application manuals as well as test or warranty certificates must be provided in German or English. The response time for disruptions is a maximum of one working day after notification.
