Description: The Leibniz Institute for Agricultural Technology and Bioeconomy e. V. intends to acquire 2 identical test stands in laboratory scale to anaerobic degradation of residues from bioeconomic biogas production systems for bioeconomic production systems. In order to establish sustainable bioeconomic production systems, a comprehensive understanding of the process of biogas production, including all technical, chemical and microbiological parameters, is of great importance. Since the anaerobic degradation of biomass to biogas is carried out exclusively from microorganisms, this objective can only be achieved if the system-relevant microorganisms in terms of their functions (metabolic power and ecology) and the reaction of the occurring microbiomas to varying management measures, including sensitivity, resilience or Resistance Indikative taxa to a highly variable process are comprehensively explored.
