Delivery of a digital b/w high-performance production pressure system and two color high-performance digital printing systems as well as software, including the production of operational readiness and system service (on a rental basis). The city administration of the independent city of Bielefeld with approx. 340,000 inhabitantsoperates an in -house print service within the Office for Central Services (AMT 190). This print service has the task as a domestic printing company around 6,000 employees in the individual specialist offices and departments with various print products required for administrative work,,to supply them in time and comprehensively. As part of this award procedure, the print service for the area of its core business, the creation of high -quality digital printing products and their further processing, should be comprehensively modernized in the areas of hardware and softwarebecome. Hardware and software are advertised in one lot. The print service of the city of Bielefeld is under the requirement of a minimum technical downtime and the fulfillment of the highest quality standards in the event of the fastest possible service provision. Under economic,Organizational and personnel development aspects are dependent on the print service on a highly reliable, experienced cooperation partner, as well as as few interfaces as possible.
