Description:
Delivery of an extruder system
The professorship function -integrating plastic technologies (FKT) of the Zittau/Goerlitz (HSZG) University of Applied Sciences has A mill-range with an additional connection option for a granulate extruder for 3D printing large-format plastic components (Figure 1). The The corresponding assembly fans is defined in the images in the images.
The 3-axis portal system will be reduced by a linearly movable industrial robotic robot, so that both kinematics in a collaborative system composition and with different plastics and varying Priority quantities on large plastic structures of the future can work at the same time.
The extruders are supposed to be independent of each other as individual systems can be operated (big extruder fixed on the Missportal/ Little extruder on the milling point and robot) and can be controlled via profinet by the respective kinematics (master).
