Description:
The project "Processing further development of the rearing of pikeperch fishing for an economic production of Indian aquaculture in Hohen Wangelin" is funded by the EU and the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. As part of the project, the State Research Institute for Agriculture and Fishing MV operates a pilot plant for the development of commercial pikeperch production at the project in 17194. The aim of the project is to set up a commercial pikeperch culture in location-independent rearing systems in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. An essential aspect of pikeperch production is the adequate preparation of the waste water with the compliance with official limit values of the nutrient concentrations of the sum of the inorganic nitrogen, the overall phosphorus, the biological oxygen requirement and the total volume per day. A band filter system from Belki Filtertechnik GmbH is available for reducing the solid concentration in the waste water.
