The Leibniz University of Hanover, Institute for Micro -Production Technology, intends to procure a confocal paper system. The procurement is intended to include the delivery freely usage, assembly, commissioning and instruction of the confocal paper system.

A cluster system for the reproducible separation of Light layers using cathode caution for use in microsystem technology.
