Description:
Delivery, installation and commissioning of deduplicating backup storage systems from the manufacturer ExaGrid including manufacturer support and onsite maintenance services The subject of this procurement procedure is the turnkey delivery, installation and Operational commissioning of deduplicating backup storage systems from the manufacturer ExaGrid at the client's locations. The scope of services is divided into the following core areas: Hardware delivery: Procurement of backup appliances (model EX84) and associated 25GbE network components as part of the basic service. Services: Professional installation in the client's racks, cabling, basic configuration as well as the establishment of complete operational readiness and data replication by the manufacturer/contractor. Maintenance & Support: Provision of 5 years of manufacturer support (5×8) as well as proactive health checks and onsite support. Options: Optional expansion to include additional appliances including accessories and maintenance as well as additional On-site support services during the contract term.
