Description:
For the nationwide uniform digital voice and data radio system for authorities and organizations with security tasks (BOS) in the Federal Republic of Germany (Digitalfunk BOS), around 1,000 base station locations for digital radio systems (according to the TETRA standard, Terrestrial Trunked Radio) inBavaria erected and put into operation. In the course of network qualification and network hardening, it is planned, among other things, to improve the emergency power supply in order to meet the increased requirements in the event of a disaster and thus also improve availability over a longer period of time (at least 72 hours).i to ensure a large-scale and long-lasting power failure.
The aim of the present tender is the upgrading and stationary equipment of selected locations of the digital radio BOS in the Free State of Bavaria with an emergency power system (NEA) based on combustion engines (with Liquified petroleum gas (LPG) or diesel operated) as an emergency power solution. An adequately dimensioned fuel supply (LPG/diesel) must also bridge power outages lasting several days.
