- As part of the lunch meal, two menus (main meals) are offered to the students every day. For ethical reasons, one of the menu must always consist of vegetarian ingredients. The catering offer is based on the basics of the German Nutrition Society(DGE) and thus according to the "DGE quality standard for school catering" in its valid version. The recommendations of the DGE, which concern the contractual services, are agreed as binding between the parties. In the event of a revision or new edition of the DGE quality standardthe respective newcomers apply for the remaining contract term with a transition period of 3 months. Pupils with allergies and food intolerances must be made possible to participate in a lunch catering at no extra charge. The same applies if from religiousReasons an alternative food is required. In principle, the exchange of side dishes must be possible at no extra charge. The contractor takes over the provision, issue and service of lunch in accordance with the "performance quality" of this system sectionQuality requirements in your own, external kitchens or on site at school. It organizes the delivery of lunch and / or all products required for the production to the school in question and all tasks related to the food edition.
