GPU computing units enable simulations to accelerate a multiple of conventional CPUs. In the area of electromagnetic fields, this relates to the simulation of the interaction of electromagnetic fields with biological systems and the calculations of the field distributions in tissues. Furthermore, the integration of methods of artificial intelligence and artificial neuronal networks is provided in existing computational methods.
