Description:
With this procurement procedure, the Adobe trading partner/reseller (contractor = to) is searched, from which the licensing can be obtained and which offers a correspondingly qualified license advice. Each KP concludes its own ETLA contract with the manufacturer via the trading partner. The license is thus covered by each KP itself in its own name and on your own account. Each KP is therefore an independent and self -responsible contractual partner for the license reference. The order is awarded in the open procedure, §§ 15 Paragraph 1, 14 Paragraphs 1 and 2 VGV. The distribution performance must be provided by a bidder as a total performance. The desired Adobe licenses to be delivered and can be found below and the Price Gazette tender is found.
