ttz Bremerhaven was commissioned to plan a food startup and innovation hub in the historic fish auction hall 10 in Bremerhaven. The aim is to create production and scale-up opportunities for food startups, spin-offs, established companies and research in this hubto
establish facilities. For this purpose, spatially separate production and technical units are created in which, in compliance with food law and food hygiene regulations, samples and small series are produced
which can also be sold to end users. AllMachines and systems within the scope of this tender must therefore comply with the applicable legal provisions and any other requirements regarding hygienic design. This must be proven by relevant certificates or
corresponding references.
