It is a portable test gas generator for the components benzene, ethylbenzene, toluene, meta-para-xylol and Orto-Xylol (BTEX).
1.1. Performance period
All services are to be provided entirely by October 16, 2024 and handed over to the client. If a bidder cannot deliver to the deadline, he can be ruled out. If a delivery is possible in advance, this is expressly desired by the client.
1.2. Exam and acceptance
After delivery of the portable test gas generator, the client is based on a testist of 10 working days, in which it checks whether the device meets the requirements of the client and the properties specified in the offer. If defects are determined during the examination, the client immediately informs the contractor and sets him a reasonable period of time to subsequent performance. A decrease is only carried out in the event of freedom of defect and must take place by the end of the KW 48-2024 at the latest. After fulfilling the service and acceptance, accounting takes place within a month to the State Office for Environmental Protection Saxony-Anhalt, Wallonerberg 6-7, 39104 Magdeburg.
