The ttz Bremerhaven was planning a food startup and innovation hub in the historic fish auction hall 10 in Bremerhaven. The aim is to establish production and scale-up options for food start-ups, spin-offs, established companies and research institutions in this hub. For this purpose, spatially separated ProdAuction and pilot plant units are created in which
in compliance with food law and food hygiene regulations, samples and small series are produced
which can also be sold to end users. All machines and systems within the scope of this tender must be dementscomply with the applicable legal regulations and other possible requirements regarding hygienic design. This must be proven by relevant certificates or
