Description:
The district of Uckermark intends to equip its 15 schools with 19 school locations with a new pedagogical school relief. In addition to the school sacrifice, the hardware and backup environment should also be renewed.

Training for teachers for school relief must be concluded a maintenance/ care contract. The maintenance contract is based on an EVB IT contract. The contractor provides a support infrastructure corresponding to the current technical statusavailable. The contract begins after the license is provided by the contractor. The provision is always carried out as part of the respective installation. The term of the maintenance contracts is adapted to that of the first contract. The costs are to be calculated accordingly.
