Description:
The order of the order is the delivery with specialist literature as part of an online management portal for the AOK Nordwest. The specialist literature currently comprises approximately 310 subscriptions and various individual/mono stands. These are specialist literature from different product categories.
The The specialist literature is currently delivered to a total of 81 AOK locations, the daily newspapers are currently being delivered to an AOK location (Wittbraucker-Str. 940 in 44265 Dortmund). The other daily newspapers were replaced by e-paper. The locations are in the Federal Republic Germany in the federal states of Schleswig-Holstein and North Rhine-Westphalia. Due to organizational changes, the number of some locations or their addresses will still change.
The online management portal is intended to make the specialist literature in circulation clearly and represent structured. Likewise, the ordering, delivery and invoice status as well as the delivery times for all subscriptions and individual/mono stands must be visible. Subscription cancellations, cancellations and complaints from the specialist literature must also be handled via the tool. All orders can be evaluated according to the title, gross price, order date, product group, cost center, recipient, orga unit, location and factual account.
