• At the 17194 Hohen Wangelin location, the MV State Research Institute for Agriculture and Fisheries operates a research facility to develop commercial zander production. The aim of the project is to build a commercial Zander aquaculture in location-independent rearing systems in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. An essential environmental parameter for the successful rearing of pike-perch is the dissolved oxygen content in the production water. At the same time, rearing requires location-independent aquaculture requires a stock density that requires the use of technical oxygen.
