Description:
Construction and delivery of two ferries (boats) with a battery-electric drive. The boats must be designed in such a way that they can be used as a ferry, as a transport vehicle for goods or as a tug boat. During ferry service, the boat can carry up to 40 passengers.
The boatsmust be designed for year-round operation in the Zone 2-Lake trade area, in accordance with the classification according to the Inland Ship Inspection Regulations. The ferries are used on the Lauterbach (Ruegen) - Vilm route and must be designed for the year-round environmental conditions that occur on this route(shallow water, ice travel, wind, etc.). The boats must be designed and approved according to the sailing area plus consideration of the nearby shipyards for shipyard berth times (travel on their own keel) (including BinSchUO).
