- In the TVS, the head of the heater-rich faction of the settlement waste and spop materials from paper production that arise in the waste disposal area of the Waste Management Waste Management.
The TVS consists of a combustion unit with a nominal capacity of approx. 9.5 t/h Fuel, based on a heating value of approx. 11,000 kJ/kg. The fuel is pushed onto the combustion grate via a template table using the rust. The combustion grate used is a water -cooled hydraulically controlled feeder on which the fuel up to burns for slag or ash drop. In order to be able to ensure the best possible combustion of the fuel, air flows of combustion are supplied via three ways. The primary air is supplied from below through the rust to the fuel or the combustion.
In the transition from the combustion chamber to the Heating kettle is recently inserted into the Rauchgassstrom to ensure the maximum possible burning out. In order to comply with the requirements of the 17th BImSchV, the bunning or boiler system has a ignition/support fire system.
To reduce the combustion processes The resulting nitrogen oxides (NOx) is used by the SNCR procedure (selective non-catalytic reduction). The defracting means in the temperature range of approx. 900 - 950 C reacts with the nitrogen oxides and the remaining oxygen in the exhaust gas to nitrogen, carbon monoxide and water vapor.
Over A circulation line is fed to the dismantling of urea (40 %solution) to the distribution and injection system and diluted with water. The mixture creates a 5-10 %solution and stuffed into the combustion room. A funding pum-pum and a pressure stop system secure the Required form for the control valves and the food system for the urea/water mixture.
