Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of washroom and hygiene equipment to around 300 offices, schools and children's centers in the city of Frankfurt am Main, spread across the entire city.
Lot 1 fabric towel dispensers and fabric towel rolls (rental and service)
Provision (rental) of Fabric towel dispensers and fabric towel rolls including service (assembly, maintenance, repair, replacement of fabric towel dispensers; fabric towel roll service exchange = collection and cleaning of used fabric towel rolls and new delivery of cleaned fabric towel rolls, as well as repair and replacement defective or unusable fabric towel rolls.) Only the number of rolls used may be calculated.
If necessary, training must be carried out for the staff at the point of use responsible for changing the cloth towel rolls.
Lot 2 hygiene papers and dispensers (rent), Soaps and dispensers (purchase)
Sanitary papers, soaps and associated dispensers (rental and service)
The full service (rental and service) includes:
- Provision of the dispensers at the point of use
- Maintenance, repair and, if necessary, replacement of damaged or defective dispensers
- Delivery and assembly of the Dispenser at the start of the term and disassembly and collection at the end of the term
Soaps and associated dispensers (purchase)
The consumables (hygiene papers, Soaps) are to be delivered free of charge to the point of use, as in the case of a purchase (soap dispenser).
