• Description:
• The LZN is responsible for the procurement of goods and services for the direct Lower Saxony state administration (see Section 2 of the LZN operating instructions). With the consent of its supervisory authority, the LZN can carry out further tasks for public law Requirements within and outside the Lower Saxony state administration as well as for private companies under full ownership of the public sector (see § 3 operating instructions). This responsibility includes the order the conclusion of a framework agreement with a company (§ 21 VgV) for the delivery of winter cycling clothing (long sleeves, softshell trousers and Troyer) for the cooperation of the North German coastal states of the police, Austrian city police and Public order offices and other authorities within Germany (see appendix “Client”).
