Delivery/provision, setup, customizing and maintenance of software to map the digital personnel file
The subject of the award procedure is the procurement and Implementation of a client -capable digital personnel file (dpa) for the Chemnitz Clinic and its subsidiaries. The solution is intended to enable a central, digital and revision -proof administration of all personnel -relevant documents - from the hiring to leaving - and in the process support the full mapping of the life cycle of employees. These include functions for system architecture, authorization and user management, document and contract management, workflow support, an intuitive user interface, comfortable research and Evaluation options and comprehensive reporting. The client -capable design is intended to enable a separate, safe and at the same time uniformly administrative use through different organizational units of the clinic.
