- Demolition work and dismantling work according to DIN 18 459 CONVOLUTIO B On the BWK-Spandau property, buildings are dismantled. Part of this application process is the dismantling of 11 buildings of the dismantling convolut B in the western area of the property. The buildings are on one Former barracks, the Brooke Wavell barracks (BWK) in Berlin-Spandau. The property comprises an area of approx. 22 hectares with 67 existing buildings and extensive free facilities as well as transport facilities. Usings: The area and building is currently largely empty. In the south-east Area are still in use. Special features: In parts, the areas are suspicious of ordnance space. A fireworker (building -controlling ordnance clearance) is provided by the AG and the soil interventions are accompanied below the concrete ceiling. Demolition and disposal of the The following buildings loads with various pollutants such as PAK, PCB, KMF, mercury, asbestos containing asbestos, inorganic wood preservatives, etc. Building 10.1 - garage The building, a former garage, is the subject of the tender and is located in the north -west area of the property.
