Description:
As part of the construction advice in the area of sustainability coordination, the construction project is: demolition of the existing school and new construction of the Luitpold-Gymnasium with 5 trains, 3-fold sports hall with grandstand, 1-fold sports hall, underground car park and 3-group creche in the performance phases 1-9 (acc.to accompany the requirements from the attached performance book). BNB and QNG certification must be achieved for the new construction project. The new building is designed as a 5-storey wood hybrid construction plus a basement for underground car park and partially sunk sports halls. The BGF of the new buildingis approx. 20,000 m2. It is planned that the roof surfaces are used in parts as break areas and for PV systems. The connection to district heating line and the installation of a room air -technical ventilation system is planned according to the current state of planning.Luitpold-Gymnasium with children's crib
