The own company of the Limburg-Weilburg (EGW) district is planning the energetic renovation of the Serenadenhof administrative building and the increase in a floor. The existing building is located in the central downtown location of the city of Limburg a.d. Lahn, between the town hall, town hallAnd the underground car park of the town hall. It has 6 floors (EG-5.OG), measures approx. 24.00 x 24.00 m and is opened on foot on foot. The originally 4-storey building was built in 1972 and in 1992 with a 4thand 5th floor. The demolition work and the pollutant rehabilitation must be provided in the building stone. The pollutant renovation must be carried out before the demolition work.
