Description:
The Cham district is planning to demolish and build replacement buildings at the state vocational school for construction and wood technology in Furth im Wald.
Specifically, the two buildings on Karl-Clos-Strasse and Josef-Heigl-Strasse, which stand next to each other and are connected by a central building, are to be demolished and to be replaced by new buildings. Due to unfavorable room layouts, low room heights and the groundwater situation, the basement floors of the two existing buildings can no longer be fully used. However, the areas are required to fulfill the spatial program. From this The aim is to build a replacement building that will not have a basement or only have a very small part of it.
The construction work must, among other things, take place while school operations are ongoing The adjacent school buildings (including the workshop hall of the vocational school and secondary school) should be taken into account.
The spatial program currently provides for a usable area (NUF 1-7) of approx. 2,900 m2.
The final spatial program still needs to be coordinated with the funding authority.
