- A state-of-the-art and internationally competitive model campus for young companies and start-ups is to be created on the historically grown industrial area on the Ringstrasse in Berlin-Mariendorf. The name of the project: "Ringberlin". The area comprises around 108,000 m2 property area. TheBuilding 8, 9, 10 and the halls 1 to 5 are listed. The conversion and renovation affect the entire hall 2 and also intervene in the basic structure of the hall. Hall 2 is a Sheddachhalle with a single -storey head building on the east side and two -storyHead building on the west side. The roofs are Shed and flat roofs with different layer structure in terms of sealing and insulation. The advertised work includes the sections of the section and the pollutant renovation of the roof structure up to the raw ceiling.
