- The subject of the tender is the construction site equipment including a crane and the demolition of the escape balcony system of a chemistry laboratory building (built between 1969 and 1972). The building is part of a listed ensemble and will be maintained throughout Construction time used in ongoing research and teaching operations. The services are carried out under cramped construction site conditions, with limited storage space and taking into account existing components contaminated with pollutants (including asbestos, PCBs, PAHs) and elevated levels Requirements for occupational safety, fire and explosion protection (partial areas with EX zones). Main quantities and components: • Construction site equipment with 2 sanitary and office containers each • Approx. 70 m3 excavation for crane foundation • Approx. 50 m3 well foundation for crane • Approx. 35 m3 Foundation plate for crane • Foundation reinforcement: approx. 2.0 tons for well foundation, approx. 1.5 tons for foundation plate • Crane construction and provision: 70 m radius, peak load 5.5 tons, height 50 m, provision 17 months • approx. 6.8 tons Demolition of steel components • approx. 700 tons Demolition of concrete components • Transport of the concrete demolition material for processing on site: approx. 1.2 km distance Special requirements: • Work within ongoing university operations. • Coordination with parallel trades and neighboring construction sites. • Work about sensitive areas with explosion protection requirements (EX zones). • Some components contaminated with pollutants (heavy metals, PCBs).
