Description:
SBH | Schulbau Hamburg, as the state company of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (called SBH below), has the task of planning, building and managing the school properties, taking into account school issues according to economic principles, and the more than 400 Schools to the authority for school and vocational training (BSB).
The building is as a solid building with reinforced concrete or wooden roof (hall) and veneer masonry facade executed.

Execution of a building pit for a non -basement building with approx. 1750 cbm floor excavation and approx. 800cbm floor exchange;
Breast construction work (reinforced concrete):
Execution of reinforced concrete work with approx. 1220 square meters of the sole plate and Strip foundations, approx. 1500 sqm ceiling slabs, approx. 750 sqm wall surfaces as well as reinforced concrete supports and bumps;
Bewage work (masonry):
Execution of masonry work with approx. 500 square meters of limestone sandstone masonry;
Carpenter work:
Execution of a roof structure with layer binder and trapezoidal sheet (Main roof, approx. 420qm)
